What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping via UPS is calculated at time of checkout. Shipping via common carrier is computed after your oder is placed and then the rate is confirmed with you before the order is released. Shipping via our company trucks is $50 and free on orders over $1500. For more information on shipping, click here.

 

How do I return my purchase?

We gladly authorize returns of unused merchandise. Items must be in original master case and full case quantity. The authorization must be requested within 14 days from the time your order is delivered. The request may be made via phone or email. The merchandise must be received back at our warehouse within 45 days. Clearance Items and Design Your Own Shoes may not be returned or exchanged. Please click here for our full return policy.

 

How long will it take for a credit to be applied to my credit card?

Once your return is checked in at the warehouse, we will email you to let you know it has been received. Once the return is recorded, we normally issue the credit on the next business day. It then takes up to 3 business days to update your credit card account.

 

What is your policy on damaged items?

If you receive damaged or defective items, please notify us immediately via email or by phone at (800) 488-2469. The item will be inspected by us to verify the quality issues. Please contact us to receive a label to return the item. In the event that we verify the quality issues, we will pay the cost of shipping.

 

How do I and when may I cancel my order?

Please contact us by email or phone us at (800) 488-2469 to cancel an order. Once the order has been processed, we are not able to cancel it, because nearly all orders are shipped within 24 hours. In this case, wait until the order arrives and follow the return procedure above.
